I started cooking at the tender age of 15 and fell in love with It the moment I started. After working in a few different restaurants,’ I decided to go to catering college. I then studied at Westminster Kingsway college for three years and gained a Professional Chef Diploma.
From there I worked in all kinds of different establishments ranging from Michelin star restaurants to 5* Golf clubs to maximise my culinary skills and to gain knowledge In all types of cooking techniques and service.
15 years into my career my good friend Jack and I decided to put our stamp on the world and start our own premium coffee house and kitchen, with the ambition to serve the best brunch that money can buy coupled with the some of the finest coffee that’s been served anywhere in the world. Otto’s was born.
Jack’s passion for coffee and mine for food has enabled us to build a brand and business that is now flourishing and going from strength to strength. We are so proud of the way things are moving and are both extremely excited for what the future holds.
We’ve worked hard to get the business where it is today and will continue to put the hard work into progress it further and make a success of our new venture, Otto’s Roastery
